When EVN declared the offer unconditional they gave a time frame (14 days I think from memory) and I got them within that time having already accepted earlier on.
Insaf, I agree that if it is closed and then a new offer made that would I think exclude me. But if offer is revised while still open it is good news for acceptors.
It was somewhere in the bidders statement but I looked up the Corporations Act to be sure. Link I posted above gives the section of the act that addresses this issue.
