I know that the buyback meant that EVN went above 20% but what is the plan here? This initial stake was given to EVN by the Takeovers Panel at a favourable price, but I am wondering what is EVN's end-game here? Are they interested in all the TBR assets or is this simply a blocking stake to trade off something else with NST at some future point, or is it simply a profitable dividend paying business that Jake Klein and EVN want to hold long term.

It just seems a weird holding for EVN and Jake Klein to have and maintain under the creep provision, by owning TBR they are owning a court case that is still ongoing between TBR and NST and a heap of ore sitting out on the paddock thanks to a belligerent EKJV partnership between NST and TBR with gold ore sitting idle and ready for treatment. What am I missing?

Disclosure: hold TBR and EVN (got rid of NST when it topped out, but still have a small SAR holding)
