Hi RGT. I don’t believe that is the case. It’s clearly stated when the terms of the takeover change significantly eg delayed by greater than 1 month that you can get your shares back. Surely a failure of the takeover counts as a change in terms.
I know that Creasy has indicated he will accept in the absence of a superior offer. I stand by my initial comment. GLTAHs
