if they don’t get 75% by March 21 bid = 23.5c as of today (0.85 CZR: 1 FEX)
if they get 75% acceptance pre March 21 = 26.6c as of today (0.98 CZR : 1 FEX)
so if we all believe or we don’t get a second bid soon and we assume the deal will go through were better off accepting sooner to get the higher price.
shit deal really given the company has sold the lot to FEX not just the Iron Ore, but when the major share holder owns 52% we got Buckleys chance of making any sort of impact.
