CZR will most likely delist and you won't be able to trade through a broker. You will have to trade over the counter.
You will still own the shares, but CZR will become a subsidiary of Fenix. They can also more easily pull the rub out from under minority SH of delisted companies than that of a large pool of retail holders on publicly listed companies. I would not want to be holding CZR shares after the 8th of April if they hit over 75% by the 21st of March.
