So, if 75% acceptance is not reached does that mean deal is off and accepted offers are undone or does FEX keep the shares that have been accepted in this deal? I foolishly accepted early and now I know I messed up! In the past I have seen this kind of thing, and I too held fire, I don't know what happened to my reasoning this time. Might have been the argument with the wife the day before?
Anyway, am I screwed? Because now I realise that if they don't reach 75% uptake my shares may be set at 0.85 conversion, and I do not think there is a way for me to cancel my acceptance. It is now really bothering me that I accepted early. I now also realised that in these situations if SH acceptance does not reach a set percentage the bidder sometimes ups the offer price/value. I have seen this in about 50% of cases. Thanks
