It is now really bothering me that I accepted early. I now also realised that in these situations if SH acceptance does not reach a set percentage the bidder sometimes ups the offer price/value. I have seen this in about 50% of cases. Thanks

I don't think you've made a mistake. This thread is on an Ann showing a 1.7M acceptance.

So you are good company. Best to read the Bidder Statement Ann. I read it and deduced from that that I might as well wait.

But at end of day you've essentially converted your CZR shares into Fenix shares which are comparable on the offer ratio.

It most likely will go through so I don't think you've made a mistake.
