Surely, if you accept early and they don't get the right amount of acceptances you aren't wed to FEX? Wouldn't you get your shares in HRZ back as the deal has essentially been rejected?
the only benefit of accepting early is if they get the 75% prior to end march we get a near 1:1 ratio not the 0.85:1.
I was going to accept early on the basis that if a new bid is lobbed we aren't committed to FEX and get the benefit with our HRZ shares.
Any other thoughts on this?
