Creasy owns 52% so if he doesn’t agree to the deal it’s off. My take is that we might aswell send in our acceptances early. If a better deal comes in Creasy won’t accept, the deal falls through and we get our shares back. It would be a real shame not to get to 75% by 21 March and the deal drops by 13%. Am I wrong ? I haven’t accepted yet but think I will very soon. It’s disappointing if this is the best deal we get. I blame FIRB for costing us all money. Anyway, can’t do anything about it if this is the best deal on offer so be it. GLTAHs
