Scheme doesn't fail today... just the 0.98 increased offer.
Scheme fails if no 75% by 8th April. Plenty of time till then.
That being said... Both of these dates can be extended by FEX should they wish, and I would suggest that if they are serious about their offer they are going to have to extend at least the increased offer date.
