Thanks Sequoia. And that is the whole point of a public company: investors can sell stock whenever they want, and buy whenever they want. For whatever reason they want.
I checked my records. I was buying up until May 16, then sold about 1 transaction per month from June 16 - June 17. Hardly what anyone would call dumping the stock. Here is a 2 year chart for MSP, you will see the price going both up and down during that time. Note the volume, with multiple spikes up into the tens of millions. It's obvious that I was not the only seller of this stock over the last 12-18 months.
What I see reading this chart is a stock stuck between 2-3 cents for years. Hopefully now we can break out of this. Just need that last 1% to send the paperwork in.
