Provided that the necessary transfer documents accompany your Acceptance Form, you will be issued FFT Shares within one month of the later of:
(a) the date you accept the Offer; and
(b) the date the Offer becomes unconditional.
In any event, you will receive the consideration you are entitled to within 21 days after the Offer closes (assuming all conditions of the Offer are satisfied or waived).
