    What happens if I were to purchase MSP shares tomorrow? Am I correct they would be acquired on a compulsory basis and convert to FFT, albeit across a longer period than it would take to accept the offer?

    I'm assuming here with the offer closing tomorrow it wouldn't permit to buy and accept the offer before they've settled.
