EBITDA guidance from management is $60m.
Dividend will probably be ~15% yield.
I have it's trading at EV/FCF of ~2, and I have fair value of this around $2.50+.
Decent business, decent management team. It's one of my biggest holdings.
If you can buy under $1 it's cheap.
I suspect a serious buyer is loading up before earnings. Big volume.
