How do they just end it and bring it to 90%? It don't think they have 90% yet. Maybe tomorrow, very likely this week. I think Fotios takes it to about 85% and we're just waiting on the last 5%.
I think the extension indicates the intention to minimise the number of shares compulsorily acquired. Cleanest and best outcome for everyone is picking them all up during the offer period.
