Good to know that you are one of the resistance! 0.15 is very unlikely though unfortunately. Unfortunately also for us as DCN shareholders, this low ball offer from GMD will be fantastic to GMD shareholders and it is clearly a good sign of a good GMD management team for them. I agree with @timbin4 that having GMD taking over DCN is a possibly a good thing (with the exception of having DCN chairman as a GMD director is not a good thing as he is there for himself) but the offer is just not right.
GMD has to improve on their offer.
