Let's not forget that the issue of shares to raise another $10 mill of capital was approved at the last AGM. Be interesting to see how many shares are issued if they proceed with this, as will be at a discounted price, and who buys them, since it will be a nice little earner to then just take up the TO offer depending on what GMD's SP is after the dilution of DCN even more
