    you would think they would just leave it open from here, try to squeeze out the last 15% they need, or just lurk and purchase on market, the price is no different to what they are paying in the offer.

    Pretty damning though that still 35% of holders want no part of this.

    Can they do off-market deals with big holders to get them to come in, even though on market there is no financial windfall to take part?
