But the bit I don't get (sorry, no experience in finance), is the 69 mill shares in the call and put option which seem to be in addition to the 65 Mill shares they just took control over to nudge their holding to 19.99%. They say in the initial announcement that these 69 Mill shares don't count in the overall total, its just something they essentially can call on when needed. In my reading of it, that would be when they want to increase by another 5% in the future to perhaps trigger a T/O? Seems a sneaky way to accumulate off-market without having to trigger a T/O as yet and avoid the usual ongoing disclosure of major holders?
