I mean, I can see a temporary spike occurring off the back of the news, but we've long been in a symbiotic relationship with GMM, and the market knows this well... i'm not sure the merge alone will equate to higher SP values? Sure, it will clean up admin/mgmt side of things, but i'm not sure it's adding any value to the company that hasn't already been factored into the current trading prices?

I'm a long holder here, but I personally don't think we're not going to reach, sustain, hold a higher trading range until we're gifted a progress update on SdV.

Fair enough, agreed it will require an update/upgrade/payment to put the fire under the SP.

The dilution shouldn't be too 'Major' though, GXY will also acquire the 'General's' assets.
