    There is 20-30 percent held by same shareholders of both companies. JP Morgan, UBS, HSBC and National.

    So not hard...to get 50 percent. The issue is can you use it to manipulate sp?

    I think they can by accepting at last moment.

    Let it seem like takeup is slow so SP dips to load up then ACCEPT and watch it swing back up making their recent investment GXY worth more.

    All part of the game.
