Ann: Change in substantial holding from GXY, page-107

Different GXY CEO, different strategies, decision to sell down, not surprised, since owning 9% is an influence, maybe the GXY board recommended to sell down for a de-risking exposure, but I question, this is chump change too how much they have holding in the bank, but hey money is money,

since the alliance was announced I've only thought of two things, to help deter a take-over and later on have talks on dealing with mica waste, atm those things can be put on hold while for focusing on more important matters @ GXY camp,

now SM owns approx 7% it'll only start to worry me if they start selling down and same as to JW starts selling, I'd be reviewing my agenda, again, in the meantime just waiting for results.
