    How much profit will Strike make, when it sells to GR at 36c and also withdraws its share swap offer ???
    GR will end up with 100% of WGO and Strike inherit a JV partner with money for 50% of its Capex spend, as opposed to the old board of WGO, having to tap its old punters for more capital raising.
