A side observation. The odd million or so is not such a big deal and I understand the risk management aspect of HH.

What this does do is put a few more shares on the free float, and marginally increase the risk of Dr Gray getting a 25% vote at the next meeting. Remember this year's vote was carried by just 40k shares.

We have no way of knowing who purchased these shares unless there is a corresponding increase notice from Gray or one of the larger holders.
