I mean the timing of the SIRFLOX trial reporting and the results of earlier trials have been available for over two years. Why do the research now, when you could have done it when the SP was about $12?

That'd really depend on the variance of the cohort. Even if an individual patient is performing better, it's unlikely all of them are. Also, the trials are geographically displaced...
