The problem is that a lot of innocent people read this stuff and make investment decisions based on it. They could have been lucky and be seen as having great insight, luckily this has exposed their shallowness (at least to this audience).

I am not defending UBS here but I think its worth pointing out that in the research note they have a downside scenario of $15.95 floor price.
