Why would anyone want that unless you want to break up the and sell the company in parts ~ gotta be worth a lot more than its current market capital.
Wayne Loxton did a few good things to be fair ~ entry into Walmart and raising money around a dollar, amongst others, and the CR at higher prices was genius to be honest.
