    Insto and fundies are just like us (they don't know what the stock would do), except they have resources to better analysts and research tools than us retailers, but no doubt they can get it wrong as well....hence, they didn't see the crash to $1.60 and bought 3 days too early thinking $2.50 was "cheap".
