    i'd like to think this is a simple response from a cautious board as:

    - possible effect on profit is $6m
    - material effect (when compared to low expected profit)

    would the shares trade uninformed though? everyone knows there in a bit of trouble. doubtful that the performance bond will be the straw that broke the camels back, especially now since most of middle east is a write off.
