I've been reading HC for a while now (mostly because of investors like Pioupiou), but I think this is the first time I've found myself actually agreeing with one of Fat Bloater's statements....there's a first for everything!
The concerns you've quoted are real concerns for me as a current investor.
Your statement "Further, commoditisation of technologies does not hurt TGA as long as demand holds" confuses me. Surely, consumer demand is a function of price deflation. Why would I rent a TV for $15 a week when I can buy a new one for $200? Its a value proposition, they are not mutually exclusive - just look at the recent down trend in TV and PC installations!
