This is from Perennial Value which IOOF has a minority stake in. Perennial runs largely independent of IOOF.
In any case, I'm presuming this selling is either a rebalancing of their funds as they are still holding. From their March Small Companies Fund fact sheet:
"continue to hold given strong valuation support on a sum of parts basis."
