Could be to investors that they manage, or could have just been on market.. not concerned, they still hold a substantial amount...
They could of also sold, and will sit that 7m on the side lines for another entry... who knows... IFL is currently being bid for by 2 major investment firms and i'm sure they have a lot going on currently beyond managing their BOT wealth.
