My view, they think they can take control of CSE and offload the SYR shares with a tax advantage for their insto's tax situation

The reality: They have zero chance of taking control of CSE...too many holders will tell them to piss off

The opportunity: Hopefully when they realise they have no chance of taking control of CSE they will flog their shares on market and we can pick them up cheaply. I assume they think SYR Is not worth more than it currently is, so makes no sense for them to keep holding if they can't implement their intentions
