Well that is not a vote of confidence from the mother ship.
Given that CHR was essentially formed out of LIT, and given that AG was the MD of LIT at the time, and now chairman of this company, it is not a good look when shares are sold down.
If these tenemants were excellent.
1) LIT would not have farmed them out into a new IPO
2) LIT would not be selling down their shares.
