re: Ann: UCL: Change in substantial holding f... PS, astute point. Seems most obvious explanation that MAK have been selling UCL as a defensive move to try make it look less attractive to MAK holders who may be considering accepting.
Nobull, on the basis MAK probably would prefer less scrutiny of their UCL selling, my pure guess is that they have been made to clarify their disclosure.
