I think some companies allocate the minimum amount first ($2,500) and then scale higher applications. Not really sure...
The share price is already 2.9 cents and the incentive to get new shares is there (~15% discount). I think the share price will go even higher before the SPP closes which will result in huge demand. Lets see what happens.
