There was a sentence in the docs that raised the possibility of scaling back using holding size as one available option. In the end I suppose they'll have a look at what subscriptions they get and then decide from there. This is starting to look like an exercise in rewarding existing holders, so I'd imagine they'll do something that tries to align subscription levels with the quantum of existing holding.
All guess work in the end...
