The notice refers to the MIN holdings on 10th Dec - the first day of the big dump that pushed the sp below 2.9c.

Since then about 25M shares traded, I expect a fair percentage sold by MIN. There has been a fair bit of appetite to pick up their shares.

At current turnover MIN will have liquidated their holdings and hopefully sale orders will dry up, so the sp can get back to where it should have been without the dump pretty soon.
