    Factors:
    Confirmation of rig
    Details coming from our neighbours showing flow rates
    Chance of Success ann increasing from NWE/MIN once flow rates from WE4 are confirmed prior to drill

    Our neighbours have already confirmed the gas highway is "full to spill" so my hope the above things happen by end of q2

    Q3 we get to drill (not officially confirmed yet)

    Q4 - ??? Quietly go buy a Lilo and retire somewhere nice and warm
