Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-211

My reasoning that NWE/MIN will be getting the rig soon is because STX have stated after we5 they will release the rig,, You dont say that if you have forward plans for the rig. If they where going to re-enter WE3 or go to WL they would have said so.
Their anoouncment would have gone along the lines of " at completion of WE5 the rig will go for service / maintenance before relocating to ?."
They also would have said it's going to MIN/NWE if the deal had been signed. before returning to drill WL. JMO


I also think they didnt say it will be going to NWE/MIN because the needed paperwork/details haven't been finalised/signed.
