    Well, I've got the door barred and my shotgun ready.

    At 80% interest, MIN know exactly what this project is worth and exactly what the upside is.

    If they are paying 4.4c for a nice big chunk then it is obviously worth a lot more than that.

    The key words are "a lot more".
