I guess I look at all the positive words being put forward by management and being in this 'sweet spot' of the PB. That coupled with the current and escalating energy crisis, it all lends toward a once in a lifetime opportunity right in the palm of our hands. The difference between $500K and $1mil+ is indeed life changing. What we have isn't going anywhere and is only going to appreciate in value as we transition toward a green/er future and there will be plenty of buyers for the product we have. And as you alluded to, I would at least like to see what Lead E has to offer plus see a few more holes drilled. I've been seated at this table too long to turn my cards over just yet. But, as you mentioned its a personal choice and we'll see what the horde thinks when/if the time comes.
