This screenshot is from before the cap raise when MIN held +19% threshold.
The only time MIN may of not held the threshold was after the cap raise which has since been filled.
At the time of the cap raise MIN wouldn't of know how many shares were going to be issued making it pretty much impossible for them to hold the threshold at that time.
