Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-4

Ok i have a question.
How are the Dir of nwe incentive options treated? for reporting purposes.
As there incentive options ect are now included does Min show them as shares? do they become /are treated as fully paid shares once traded to min? how are they classified on the notice of sub holding?
Do the dir have to announce once they are transferred?
I under stand once accepted by min they will be min shares but do they count for their % of nwe??
