@barneydigs excuse me, early on I said, simply taking the gas resource and ascribing its value would be inaccurate, in the way OldGeo presented it, 100% resource value (20% share to NWE).

I said you need to account for development costs and risk, a rough estimate would be 0.25 x resource value.

This isn't that different to what @V10 described for a back of the envelope methodology, 1/3 x resource value.
