Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-73

Just got my call. Basically all she did was read from a script which just repeated whats in the documents. Didn't even try to convince me. Maybe i am to small fry? Or she is so sick of hearing the same stuff that she doesn't care anymore? Asked if i intended to accept the offer and then why not. Explained that implied value is no longer 7.4c it 6.9c, i don't want Min shares so needs to be cash, and the offer is way to low.
