Thanks Red. What the board did in my view was unforgivable when they rolled over like they did. There was so much firepower at their disposal, they could have literally held MIN to ransom and blocked supply if MIN did indeed lean on the board.
I would have taken the offer to a special meeting ON A SATURDAY as a HYBRID meeting, live link in for shareholders and stood firm for more. Make a case to the broader base that they need to engage on the voting going forward, make a case for a better offer and lay out that robust defence is required, including reviewing supply! No nuts and No guts!!!
