NO, MIN do not get to automatically delist NWE at 75%.
To delist NWE there must be LESS THAN 150 shareholders with $500 of stock.
At the AGM last year NWE had 6,700 shareholders.
If there is more than the 150 shareholders MIN do not get to delist NWE, regardless of what their intentions are in the Offer Documents.
They will then have to have a shareholder vote on delisting, at which I believe they cannot vote.
I agree that there seems very little downside to doing nothing, thereby holding onto your shares and waiting for the drilling and 3D to be completed.
