If they get to 50%, 60% or 80% how is your parcel of shares unmarketable?
The company is not suddenly delisted.
Then cannot even try to delisit the company unless MIN gets to 75% - then it goes to a shareholder vote.
Over three months to sell your shares from that date.
Definitely no certainty to be delisted even then. IMO very unlikely to get shareholder approval.
THE VALUE OF NWE IN THE FUTURE WILL NOT BE DETERMINED BY MIN, IT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE DRILLING PROGRAM AND 3D STARTING IN ABOUT A MONTH.
AT 50% MIN can certainly appoint most of the directors and have a large say in what happens.
Regardless, the Directors still have constraints to act in the best interests of the company, not MIN
A little naive I know, but there are limits to how they can act.
Look at Bell Resources.
Not selling regardless of any offer until drilling, 3D etc completed and we know the results.
My opinions only, DyOR.
