    If they are preliminary, then no need to announce I wouldn't have thought.
    NWE on the other hand should be demanding this information and releasing it on their own letterhead. The standard disclaimers could be used to keep them out of any hot water, but they appear to be controlled by MIN, so I cant see it happening
